Shrubs

The only oaks I chose to put on here are huckleberry oak and scrub oak, just so you know. I did put in some trees, however, that may often appear shrubby in the field. Not all of these plants will necessarily be completely identifiable from the photo here; but you should at least be able to say what the possibilities are, and what you would look for in the field to figure it out. Remember to look for opposite or alternate arrangement of the leaves as an initial clue.
